No. All of our pups start their training at 8 weeks of age and go through an intensive 2–3 years of training. We do not recommend training a specific pup for a specific client until they have mastered the basics and passed advanced training.
All puppies must come from reputable breeders with references. Standard health and temperament testing is required. Puppies enter the program at 8 weeks of age and must be planned in advance.
We train Standard Poodles. Many families we serve require hypoallergenic dogs, and Standard Poodles are one of the best options available.
While doodles are often considered hypoallergenic, not all doodles avoid shedding. Only those with a high percentage of poodle genetics have a higher likelihood of minimal shedding.
We work closely with professional Standard Poodle breeders known for health, temperament, and size. Parents and grandparents are evaluated to ensure the best traits.
Training begins at 8 weeks of age and includes socialization, obedience, public access skills, and advanced task-specific service dog training. Training typically takes 2–3 years.
Each placement is evaluated case by case. We typically do not recommend service dog placement for children under age 6. There is no upper age limit.
